Painting & drywall

Prep is the part that shows up later.

Anyone can roll a wall. What decides whether it still looks right in five years is what happened before the first coat went on.

Exteriors

Built for Florida sun, salt and rain

A Florida exterior takes UV, driving rain and salt air year round. We wash it, let it dry, cut out what has failed, caulk every joint and prime the bare substrate before any finish coat goes on.

Stucco and block

Hairline cracks opened, patched and textured to match, then masonry primer and two finish coats of acrylic.

Hardie and wood siding

Loose and failed paint scraped and sanded, bare boards spot-primed, joints and penetrations sealed.

Fascia, soffit and trim

Rotted wood cut out and replaced before painting, so the new finish is not sitting on something that is already failing.

Pressure washing

Houses, driveways, pool decks and pool cages. Sold on its own or as the first step of a repaint.

Pool decks and lanais

Cleaned, etched where needed and coated, with the cage and waterline masked off properly.

Gutters and fencing

Gutter replacement, fence and gate repair, so the whole exterior gets handled in one visit.

New construction

Full exterior packages on new builds and townhouse blocks, scheduled around the trades ahead of us.

Interiors

Clean lines and a quiet jobsite

Flooring and fixtures get covered before anything else happens. Damaged drywall gets cut out rather than skimmed over, repairs get primed before paint, and textures get matched so a patch does not announce itself under the first lamp you turn on.

Complete interior repaints

Walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, doors and casings, with two finish coats for uniform coverage.

Water-damaged ceilings

Loose drywall removed, patched, finished and sanded, texture matched, then primed so old staining does not bleed back through.

Drywall repair

Holes, cracks and damaged surfaces throughout, patched and sanded smooth, primed before painting.

Popcorn ceiling removal

Scraped, skimmed and either retextured or left smooth, with the room masked so the dust stays in one place.

Cabinets and built-ins

Doors and drawers pulled and labelled, boxes masked off, degreased and sanded, then finished for a hard-wearing surface.

Final walkthrough

Every surface inspected, touch-ups completed, materials and debris hauled out, work areas cleaned.

Cabinets

Refinishing, not replacing

A kitchen that is structurally sound rarely needs new cabinetry. Doors and drawer fronts come off and get labelled, the boxes are masked back to the counter and floor, everything is degreased and sanded, and the new colour goes on in a controlled coat. It is a fraction of the cost of a replacement and the room changes completely.

Finishes & colour

Not sure between eggshell and satin?

Sheen decides how the wall wears, not just how it looks. We have put a plain guide to the five finishes on its own page, along with every major brand's 2026 Color of the Year and what actually survives Florida sun.

Common questions

Before you call

How long does an interior repaint take?

A typical three-bedroom home or townhouse runs most of a week once drywall repairs are included. Repairs come first so everything is patched, sanded and primed before the first finish coat.

Can you match my existing ceiling texture?

Yes. Damaged areas are patched, finished and textured to match the surrounding ceiling as closely as possible, then primed so old water staining does not bleed through the new paint.

Do you do more than paint?

Yes. A lot of exterior jobs turn up rotted fascia or soffit, failed caulking, bad gutters or fencing that needs replacing. We handle that carpentry ourselves rather than sending you to another contractor halfway through the job.

How soon can we be back in the house?

Interior paint is walkable the same evening. Give it about two weeks before scrubbing anything, since the film keeps hardening after it feels dry.

Are estimates really free?

Yes, and they are written. You get a line-item scope with a fixed price and no obligation.
